Shrimp Sautéed in Herb Butter
1 lb shrimp
2 Tbl lemon juice
1 tsp chives
½ tsp ground mustard
⅛ tsp cayenne
¼ c. butter
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp tarragon
¾ tsp Italian seasoning
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Melt butter. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Sauté shrimp in butter mix over medium heat until shrimp is pink, about 15 minutes. Serve with, or over rice
