Parmesan Halibut
1/3 c. parmesan
2 Tbl parsley
Seasonings, as desired
3 Tbl flour
1 ½ lb halibut
Combine cheese and flour. Dip halibut in mixture and sauté in butter until fish flakes.
Remove halibut from pan. Pour dripping over fish and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4
