Combine wine and salt. Pour over fish. Marinate in fridge at least 1 hour.
Drain fish on paper towel. Dip both sides in breadcrumbs.
Place in shallow buttered baking dish.
Combine sour cream, mayo, and onions. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes with fork. Serves 4. |
