Deep Fried Halibut or Salmon
Bisquick mix
Beer
Old Bay Seasoning
Cooking oil
 
Cube the halibut or salmon to bite size pieces. Mix the Bisquick with the beer to get a pancake type thickness. Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning into the mix to your desire, I usually stop when I get a red tint to the mix. Enough oil to cover the fish when frying heated up. Dip fish and fry until golden brown.
