Broiled Halibut Fingers
1 lb halibut
Salt, pepper
Cooking oil
crushed Ritz crackers
¼ c. parmesan
Cut fish in 1” wide strips. Mix cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, parmesan.
Dip fish in oil. Roll in cracker mixture.Broil until fish flakes easily.
