Note: should be done outside. 2 tablespoons of oil heated to high temperature in cast iron skillet, 1lb of *halibut cut into bite size chunks, more if you desire. Sprinkle above spices onto halibut and some into frying pan. Add halibut to pan and stir-fry approx. 10 minutes.
